This App was inspired by the quick off-the-cuff response Rhonda Patrick gave in an interview on stage. She was asked for her daily personal routine, and I thought, “yeah I do that, and that and…..sometimes”. Most of us have variable discipline and memory – this App is for people who want to start with Rhonda’s Protocol or customize their own.
